Wavebid Item Capture

ATG rebuilt its mobile cataloging app from the ground up, aiming to remove one of the most manual parts of running an auction. Most of sellers store their inventory in warehouses, where building a catalog meant photographing lots one by one, carrying the images back to a computer, and uploading them before any details could be added.

The new app moves that work to where the inventory lives. Sellers create an event, add lots, and capture photos directly from their phone — building a catalog in real time as they walk the floor. The project replaced an outdated, unsupported app and extended the Seller Portal's goal of giving sellers their time back.

My role: Led end-to-end design from strategy through the core capture experience, designed in a two-week sprint. Handed off during parental leave; shipped on iOS and Android.

The new ATG Seller App is live today on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.
